Generic Stromectol is an anti-parasite medication. It causes the death of certain parasitic organisms in the body and is used to treat infections caused by them. Ivermectin is used to treat not only human but also pigs, cattle, horses and sheep. In March 1997, it was approved for the treatment of strongyloidiasis in humans.

Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) antidepressant. The way this medicine works is still not fully understood. This combination is also used to treat depression after at least 2 other medications have been tried without successful treatment of symptoms.

Generic Premarin is used for treating certain symptoms of menopause (eg, hot flashes, vaginal dryness or itching). It is used to prevent osteoporosis (weak bones) after menopause in certain patients. It is also used in certain patients to treat low estrogen levels, prostate cancer or breast cancer.
